Important Details
1. ABA changes based on Nassau product analysis using current rates. Actual ABA percentages vary by issue age and attained age of the covered person, rider life option and rider elected. Riders are optional and must be elected at time of issue. Riders involve an additional fee that is deducted annually from the contract value. The Maximum Early Income Percentage and Lifetime Adjustment Factor for the Flex-Forward Income Benefit℠ rider available with NIA are also changing and will result in an increase to the income benefits provided. See Rider Disclosures for details.
2. Requires election of the Flex-Forward Income Benefit rider which is available to issue ages 50-70 of youngest covered person. The Early Income Feature must be exercised prior to age 71, otherwise, only the Lifetime Income Feature is available. Income payments will reduce the contract value and are subject to minimums and maximums. See product materials for details.
3. Changes effective January 17, 2026. Assumptions: $100,000 premium, single option, no prior withdrawals taken. These are hypothetical examples and are not a promise or projection of future returns. Annual guaranteed income benefit is determined by multiplying the Benefit Base by a withdrawal factor at rider exercise. For Nassau Income Accelerator, the Income Horizon riders involve an annual fee of 0.95% of the Income Benefit Base, deducted from the contract value and subject to change. For Nassau Personal Protection Choice, the fee for Income, Care and Family Protection is 1.15% of the Income Benefit Base, deducted from the contract value and subject to change.
